Hanna Somatics is a mind body system of movement education.
Each class consists of slow mindful movements and sensory awareness
training. You learn to release habits of stress and tension in your muscles,
so that your body can rest in an innate sense of peace and well-being, as
well as regain ease, freedom and fluidity of movement.
Hanna Somatics can:
Release and reverse neuromuscular pain
Improve mobility and coordination
Improve posture and appearance
Create a new freedom of movement
Facilitate ease of breathing
Lead to greater states of calm
6 week X 1 hour classes
Mondays 6.30 - 7.30pm
