The Mindfulness at Work programme runs over 4, 6 or 8 weeks for 1 hour a week, online. Participants learn ways to reduce their levels of stress and live with more ease, clarity and creativity. Each week key mindfulness concepts are explored through teaching, practice and reflection.The sessions are interactive and participants are supported with audio files to use at home.
